Job Description: Pharmacy Courier
Definition:
Performs minor repairs and is able to transport supplies, mail, etc., to the various sites throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley.

Responsibilities:
Takes supply orders from the different clinic sites, performs some office clerical duties in the warehouse. Maintains the supply cabinet and forms- stocks warehouse supplies. Delivers supplies, picks up the mail, provides courier service between WIC clinics, main office and administrative office. Able to do minor repairs, put up shelving, posters, move furniture, repair tables and chairs, paint graffiti, minor plumbing and electrical repair. Makes deliveries to the post office and UPS. Maintains an inventory log of supplies and deliveries. Participates in all safety programs which may include assignment to an emergency response team. Participates in hazardous waste and infection control assignments as required in the health center which may include being designated as an emergency responder to a hazardous substance release or spill; performing infection control data collection, evaluation, reporting and follow-up as specified in the NEVHC clinical health services policy and procedures manual. Performs any other task concerning the maintenance and delivery of NEVHC clinics and supplies.

Qualifications:
High school graduate.
Must be able to be bonded and pass a security check.
Requires some lifting.
Excellent Driving Record more than 2 years required by Insurance Company.
Must have more than 5 years driving experience. Must have a car or pickup truck with a good driving record and a class "3" driver's license.
Some office skills desirable.
Bilingual skills in English/Spanish desirable.
