NEVHC has a team of health care professionals dedicated to providing excellent medical care to all individuals, regardless of insurance status, income, race, education, language spoken, etc. We are federally funded and participate in many programs allowing our patients to be seen in most cases at no cost to themselves.

We are a primary care medical practice with a goal of serving as your medical home. We will work to coordinate your specialty, ancillary and social service needs with help from our dedicated staff of Case Managers.
